Pastor George was born in Roswell, New Mexico, but since the age of one he grew up in Orange, Ca. George believes that the seeds of Gospel were planted when he was in elementary school as he attended “The Good News Club” at a friend’s house after school. Though that seed was planted, George walked with the world early in his post high school life. Jesus collected those seeds during a Christmas Eve service at Harvest Christian Church as Pastor Greg Laurie gave an alter call in 1989. George met his wife Carol in 1986 and they have been married since 1988. Together, they have two adult children, Rodney and Bethany. They also have two grandchildren. In 2017, George became Pastor of First Christian Church, and in 2022 FCC officially became a Calvary Chapel. Pastor Georges hope for FCC Calvary Chapel is that we would be a family of men and women who know and worship the one true living God rightly, that in view of His majesty we would walk in compassion, mercy, grace and love and that our minds and our hearts would be full and shaped by Him.
